Dr. Evgeniy Komarovsky, M.D., is a well-known Ukrainian pediatrician. He received his education at the Medical University of Kharkov (Ukraine) and has over 40 years of experience. In addition to pediatrics, he specialized in pediatric anesthesiology, resuscitation, and infectious diseases. For many years, he has been an active popularizer of modern medical science; his television project “Doctor Komarovsky’s School” is well known to millions of parents in many countries and is a three-time winner of the “Teletriumph” award.
Dr. Komarovsky has authored 12 popular science books with a total circulation exceeding 5 million copies. Particularly popular are Dr. Komarovsky’s bestsellers “The Health of the Child and the Common Sense of His Relatives,” “365 Tips for the First Year of Life”, “ARD: A Guide for Sane Parents”, “The Beginning of Your Child’s Life,” as well as the three-volume “Handbook of Sane Parents.”
